7-Minute Chicken - Another Reminder

Whitney Miller, a 22-year old student won America's first Master Chef title. One of the most intense moments was her 7-Minute Chicken. In finale, she dropped her original chicken, re-fired a new one and finished it in just 7 minutes. With her innovation, out of the box, new blood type of thinking, she convinced the world's top chef Gordon Ramsay worthy of her new title, America's first Master Chef.

Being 22, it is another reminder that people can achieve great things even at a young age. This one in particular connected with me because I too, love to cook. From young, parents have been eager in pushing me to earn achievements. Always reminding me to 'stay ahead of the game'. Whenever they saw an arising opportunity, they would push, "believing" that I could become successful, when it was clearly not meant for me.

All these years of pushing me, where am i now? I'm in still friggin in school, in my 5th year. Still don't have a sense of direction, have no ideea what i want to become when I grow up. I'm working hard in school everyday for what? I say I know what I want to achieve but honestly, I don't have a clue. I bet most people in school are they same. One thing is for sure, follow your heart, your passion, and you'll bound to succeed, like Whitney. It's just a matter of when.
