5 - My favorite number

Eveybody has a favourite number.

Mine is 5. It started out when I was a kid and at school they gave everybody a number according to their Last Names in alphabetical order.

Mine was 5. It was really weird cause everybody had Last names put first, then their First names last. So instead of Edward Ip, everybody's name was Ip Edward. The school put my rank according to the first letter of my name, which was E, and thats why I got the number 5, which was pretty early in the queue.

Since then I've been attached to the number 5, like I am a representation of the number 5 itself. or, like 5 represented me in a way. Maybe cause school was one of the best times I've had in my life so far, so I associate 5 as being happy. Also see, E for Edward is the 5th letter of the alphabet, which is another connection I had with 5. 5 is the mid point of 1 -10, if you ranked something out of 10, ranking it 5 would mean you're neutral, and I sometimes like being neutral. I also had 5 fingers and 5 toes on each hand and feet.

When I see the number 5 somewhere on the street I would associate with it and relate it to something. It feels like its a part of me, it just feels right.

I always thought 5 was a perfect number. Well 4 is a perfect number too since a square has 4 sides and a square represents order. But 5, theres just so many good things associate with the number 5. Do you understand? hmmm, maybe I'll go for the iPhone 5.
